1 General Introduction

baa99 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between baa99 ("we", "our", "platform") and any user of the platform ("you", "user", "member").

Account

The amount of usable funds held in the account, displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

Wagering

3 Account Registration & Use

To create an account on baa99, users must provide accurate and up-to-date information. The information provided at registration must be genuine and belong to the user themselves.

Account Security

Each user is personally responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential. Passwords must not be shared with anyone. If there is any concern about unauthorized access to an account, the baa99 support team must be notified immediately.

Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If a user is found to have multiple accounts, all of them may be closed at any time and the accumulated balance and bonuses may be forfeited.

• Information provided at registration must be kept accurate and up to date at all times.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party using your own account is prohibited.
• baa99 may request additional documents for identity verification when necessary.

4 Age Verification & Eligibility

Users must be 21 years of age or older to participate on the baa99 platform. At the time of registration, users confirm that they meet this age requirement. If a subsequent verification finds that a user is underage, their account will be closed immediately.

Ineligibility to Use the Platform

An account on baa99 may not be opened or used under any of the following circumstances:

• If the user is under 21 years of age.
• If the user is an employee or contractor of baa99 (or an immediate family member of one).
• If the user is subject to a self-exclusion program.
• If there is any legal restriction that prevents the user from participating in online gaming.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on baa99 are handled entirely through popular mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. Our accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank).

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Only deposits from a mobile wallet registered in the user's own name are accepted.
• Deposits made using a third party's account are prohibited.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Funds linked to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of identity verification.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

baa99 offers bonus deals for both new and existing members. However, each bonus comes with specific conditions that must be read carefully before activating the bonus.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance becomes ৳3,000. Depositing ৳6,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance becomes ৳11,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x), applied only to the bonus amount — not to the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per user.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Winnings earned using a bonus may be subject to a specified cap.
• If a withdrawal request is made before the wagering requirement is fulfilled, the bonus will be cancelled.
• baa99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• If bonus misuse is suspected, the account may be placed under investigation.

7 Gaming Rules

baa99 offers various types of gaming services including casino games, slots, fishing games, and sports betting. Each game provider has its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface.

Fair Play

All of our games are operated using a fair and impartial Random Number Generator (RNG). Results are entirely random and do not follow any predetermined pattern.

Technical Errors

If a technical error affects the outcome or payout of a game, baa99 reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount. Any irregular winnings resulting from an error will not be considered valid.

Sports Betting

The following conditions apply when placing bets on sports markets:

• Bets must be confirmed before the event begins.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• In-play betting is available for selected events.
• Winnings will only be confirmed after the official result of the event is announced.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baa99 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination.

• Misusing bonuses or promotions through fraud or manipulation.
• Attempting to gain an advantage by creating multiple accounts.
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or gain unauthorized access.
• Operating an account or conducting financial transactions on behalf of a third party.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Aggressive or threatening behaviour towards other users.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

baa99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of the Terms.
• Providing false information or concealing identity.
• Participation in prohibited activities (see Section 8).
• Account inactivity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Account closure at the user's own request.

Upon account termination, any active bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited. However, if the termination is for a legitimate reason, the process of recovering the account balance can be completed through the support team.

Voluntary Account Closure

10 Limitation of Liability

baa99 makes every effort to provide a safe and reliable service on the platform. However, baa99's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Internet connection failures or issues related to the user's device.
• Technical errors on the part of third-party payment services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• Errors in the game provider's (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, etc.) own systems.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.
• Account information being leaked due to the user's own negligence.

Gaming is a form of entertainment and carries the risk of financial loss. baa99 does not guarantee any financial gain from gaming and accepts no liability in this regard.
